2:00 Meeting starts! Ice-Breaker: when you think of Christmas what color comes to your mind? Red, green and white are favorites.j        

2:02 Who’s going to Classics day?  Chriso and Elena cannot go, but Kleo will fill in for them. 
2:03 Ms.Fillion: “Kleo you need to contact the professors by now.”—Kleo “yes, I’ll do that and I made fliers for you guys to promote BLACC. We’re going to put them around the school. There are four different fliers.”

2:05 Ms.Fillion: “ The fliers need to be clear for people outside of school that might not know latin as well as the colors for the letters need to be bolder/darker.”

2:06 Kleo: “ you guys can put the fliers at your work if you work in an office, or libraries near your house and community centers to help out the club.”

2:07 Karen “ we can leave some fliers or bookmarks outside the library in the school.”

2:08 Karen “2^nd VPs need to update the board now as well as after classics day. Priya and Victoria have some new ideas for the scrap book. Theme: Nature (green, brown, gold, leaves)

2:09 Ms.Fillion “ Have you guys ever done this before because it needs to be practical also. The book needs to stay open and not close when you try to flip the pages. Also the pages cannot shift, so just make sure its practical.”

2:11 Karen: “ you guys should do a blueprint so people can see what you’re trying to do.”

2:13 Kleo “ I have come up with a new idea that can be new for our club. We should have a section called History of the Club in our website and talk to Ms. Hausey for more information also because she was the one who started the club.”

2:15 Ms. Fillion “ Enki, you need to come from one of your studies next week and help me to write the list of the people from nationals.”

2:16 Editors need to put drawings from people of the club who are artists instead of google images.

2:17 Editors need to get more articles from people and it’s better if they get them right away because then the students slack off and forget to write them.

2:18 December 15^th is the latest day the editors are accepting articles from people.

2:19 Secretary turn in the minutes and reporters need to go to Classics day. 

2:21 Sandy needs to update the Catapult section as well as put up the announcements. She also put up a new poll. “who would top Santa’s naughty list, Zeus or Aphrodite?”

2:22 Some people were saying on the news that they could not believe that Tiger Woods would cheat on his wife with so many different women, because he was like a god. Another person commented “well he is like a god, Zeus did that all the time!”

2:23 Treasurers: Most of the fundraisers are done but we still have some left because people are bringing their stuff in late.

2:24 Who has study periods 5,6 or 7 because Ms. Fillion needs help? Vincent, Vition and Vanessa will stay so far.

2:25 Who is coming tomorrow to the Prison Book Program? Take pictures! 

2:26 Ms.Fillion: “we need a T-shirt committee. Weve always won the t-shirt contest and we wear them at nationals. It needs to reflect the motto and the state. We need ideas first and then we’ll get some artists to sketch them. 

2:28 Everyone who is going to Classics day needs directions. Ms. Fillion will make the papers with directions ready so just come by and take one.
