2:10     Meeting starts by Karyn.
The officers are looking over the designs of Danthuy’s and Amy’s.
The design has just the head of the dragon.
Last meeting “Diversits Amicitiaque” the motto was this but Ms. Fillion wants to   
put “Amicitia” first in the motto.

2:15     The changes of the design should be by putting BLACC at the top turning into           
flames. There should be made a rough draft made.
Shading in isn’t going to work? Does it make sense in something small?
We should put the dragon on open forum side 70 members.
There is going to be a semi because Jacob should do it.
We will critique Danthuy’s drawings in terms of too small
The designs should be for scrimmage.

2:26     We should have officers going around to the 7th graders and tell them to join club   
The 7th grade latin trivia for applied academics.

2:30     Crew of people to go around and recruit 7th graders and there is a new

1:56     Meeting is called into session.

1:57     Catapult permission slips are available bring money on Tuesday.
Book drive over on October 19th. Please bring books in good condition.

2:00     If you are an officer you have to pay your dues and Sally Foster Began
yesterday.

2:01     Classics day is on December 7th. We need a skit.

2:02     The meetings have been requested by people to take place on Thursdays instead
of Fridays.

2:04     Email not effective
Phone tree- write name and cell phone number more effective when you email please put your name saying who it’s from

2:06     Officer accountability- (2 chances) Each month starting November hand in officer reports. We will have them by Tuesday.

2:08     We should visit the  7th graders in Mrs. Markis, Ms.River, and Mrs.Harold.
We need a lot of people for 2nd period. You will know by Tuesday anybody who signed up for it and Tuesday after school someone should make themselves available to go to Mrs. Markis for 10 minutes beginning and 10 minutes for Mrs. Harold at the end.

2:12     Latin Jeopardy now called Mythology & More is promoting the AA

2:13     Times of WGBH have been sent today to other officers
